1ST APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT POLICY

At Natural Health Clinic we strive to serve everyone in a timely manner,as we do value your time. We request that you value ours as well. Missed appointments are costly and take time away from others. We often have full schedules for our practitioners, with patients with urgent needs having to be seen at dates later than they would like. At the time you make your "First" appointment a deposit of $51.85 ($50 plus a service fee of $1.85) is required, to be paid by credit card (over the phone or in person), check, or cash. This deposit will be credited to your fee/office charge after your visit, at check-out time at the front desk.

1ST APPOINTMENT LATE CANCELLATION OR "NO SHOW" POLICY

A minimum of "approximately" 24 hours advance notice is required to notify Natural Health Clinic of cancellation or need for rescheduling. If 24 hours advance notice is not received via Voice Mail, direct call, or email (sent to: info@nhckauai.com) the deposit will be non-refundable and not creditable to your account. If 24 hours advance notice IS given, your deposit is credited to your 1st visit at the time of check out. We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances arise. We understand the situation with our island's delicate highway system, especially in the event of traffic accidents, etc.. Individual instances may be subject to evaluation and judgement by the practitioner with whom you have a late cancelled appointment. We will always attempt to be fair.

"NO SHOW" APPOINTMENT POLICY for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS

A "NO SHOW" fee of $51.85 for a missed appointment without 24 hours notice to Natural Health Clinic will be assessed to an established patient. This fee may be collected over the phone by credit card at the time you make your next appointment, or collected in addition to charges for a subsequent appointment. Again, we understand there are circumstances that come up and we will always attempt to be fair. Thanks for your understanding, patience and awareness!
